Intro to the ELI Assessment
Today, I’d like to take a few minutes to tell you about a really cool assessment I offer my clients. It’s called an ELI assessment and it can only be administered by a coach after completing a specialized training course through iPEC. The idea behind the assessment is that everyone views the world, and their place in it, through their own unique lens. This lens then influences how they feel about every situation they’re in and how they respond to it. There are seven main perspectives that people can have but because everyone has their own unique combination of perspectives, ELI results will be unique to each individual person. During the ELI debrief, I walk my clients through each of the seven perspectives and we discuss how each one shows up in their lives and is affecting the decisions they make. This not only gives clients insight into themselves, it also helps them understand that there are other ways of looking at the world and gives them the opportunity to choose which perspective is the most beneficial to them in each area of their life. Following the assessment, I work with my clients on any issues that may have come up and help them create goals and action plans to make improvements where they see fit.
The ELI is a great, zero commitment introduction to coaching. One of my coaching packages includes the ELI assessment, a one hour debrief, and one hour of coaching. If you or anyone you know is interested in learning more about what coaching is, this is the perfect first step. You can contact me if you have any questions about the ELI or about anything coaching related. Have a great day!
